Personality[]
Not much is known about Alexei's personality, but it can be assumed that he is cold-hearted and cruel as he had no qualms performing unethical experiments on Tia, earning the latter's animosity. Alexei is revealed to want to use Tia's song as a weapon.

Tia[]
Tia became Alexei's primary enemy when he performed unethical experiments on the former, he took away her song and, along with the Russian Gov't, also killed Tia's child.
Boris[]
Little is known about Alexei's relationship with his co-worker, but it can be assumed that they had a positive relationship. Unbeknownst to Alexei however, Boris is responsible for making him a suspect in aiding Tia escape as the latter, not the former.
Ukraine[]
It's unknown if Alexei had any prior interaction with Ukraine, but they became one his primary enemies when he used Tia's song as a weapon against the country's municipal office.
